Newroots Ground-to-Air Heating/Cooling system is series of 4" perforated, socked pipes buried 3 to 4 feet below your Greenhouse, prior to starting Installation.
 
  During the day, the hot air that rises to the top of the dome is sucked into the pipe and pushed through the underground system.  The ground absorbs the heat and cool air exits inside the dome.  This also helps build up the temperature in the soil below the dome.
  On cool evenings in Fall and Spring, cold air is pushed through the underground system and the warm air exits, helping keep the temperature up and reducing how much your heater needs to run at night when it gets below 0C.
  All of this is powered by a small, 120V low power 4" 40W enclosed fan, using very little electricity. It can even be powered by a small solar panel and battery if prefered.
 
Price includes excavation, installation, Piping, inline fan, thermostat and backfilling and is only available locally for Installed dome projects.
