Pricing is based on size of driveway and assuming an average sized front sidewalk and yard.
  If you live on a corner lot and have a second city sidewalk down the side, please add it to your cart before checking out, as theres an additional fee or contact us.
 
There may be unexpected delays during Blizzards and snowfalls over 30cm (1 foot) due to additional clearing time, traffic and road conditions.
Any snow clearing for snowfall over 30cm will count as 2 cleanings.
