NOTE for large yards and corner lots: Pricing is based on size of driveway and assuming an average sized front sidewalk and yard. If you live on a corner lot and have a second city sidewalk down the side, please add it to your cart before checking out, as theres an additional fee or contact us.
There may be unexpected delays during Blizzards and snowfalls over 30cm (1 foot) due to additional clearing time, traffic and road conditions. Any snow clearing for snowfall over 30cm will count as 2 cleanings.

Your first month begins the day you purchase and renewals on the same or following day every month.
In the event of MORE snow falls than your subscription includes in a month, you will have the option to purchase another subscription or pay for on demand cleanings until your next month starts.
In the event of LESS snow falls than your subscription includes in a month, remaining cleanings do NOT carry over to the next month.
We are not responsible for burried or hidden items damaged while snow blowing.
Although we scrape down as much as possible with our machines, we do not hand scrape packed snow and ice down to the concrete unless requested for an additional fee of $90/hr.
There are no refunds for on demand orders.
Subscriptions can be canceled at anytime but there are no refunds or partial refunds after a monthly payment is made. Your subscription will cancel at the end of the current month.
